Klimt's most famous work is 'The Kiss' (1907). To create an accurate replica, Original Srtle has crafted the image onto a tile using pure gold, platinum and silver (just like the original), in addition to ceramic colours. Gustav Klimt was a prominent contributor to the blossoming Art Nouveau movement. He was inspired and influenced by Byzantine mosaics and art from the ancient Egyptian and Minoan civilisations.
